- Effective handling of varied types of litigation, more specifically arising out of mines specifically Iron Ore, Coal, limestone, copper etc . Exposure before various forum, including but not limited to Supreme Court, High Court(s), Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Coal, Mines Tribunal, District and Sub Divisional Court etc.
