Mining Operations BU Manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mining operations (essential)
• Management experience within mining, engineering, or construction environments
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, motor engineering, and Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM)
• Hands‑on experience with equipment such as LHDs, underground dump trucks, drill rigs, and roof bolters
• Experience managing technical teams and field service operations
• Ability to manage budgets, profitability, and operational performance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Steelpoort, Limpopo

Advantageous

• Underground mining experience
• Exposure to OEM brands like Bosch, Deutz, Mercedes‑Benz, Perkins, Cummins, or BAE Systems
• Strong technical trade background aligned with mining services
