We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive to join our IT team to support and manage in-house software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in application support, and a solid understanding of database management and reporting tools.
- Provide first- and second-level support for enterprise applications to internal users.
- Perform application design, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Assist in gathering user requirements, system design, and implementation of application features.
- Customize reports and data outputs as per user or departmental requests.
- Manage SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and ensure smooth data integration with internal systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation when necessary.
