Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of working experience in ERP (SAP) support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and user support skills.
- Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily ERP (SAP) support and resolve end-user issues.
- Assist in system testing, enhancement, and implementation activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Propose and support process and system improvement initiatives.
