Mission Control Incident Lead

Luxoft is looking for a Mission Control representative in Zurich to lead incident management within the organization. You will be responsible for the production environment, ensuring smooth operations by driving fast and reliable incident resolution while collaborating closely with multiple technology services teams.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in IT or Finance, excellent communication skills, and preferably holds an ITIL certification. This role requires fluency in Business English and the ability to manage incidents effectively.
