MITIGATION MANAGER Regional Restoration Operations | Department Buildout | Mitigation Growth Leadership Implement4 is a recruitment agency working with our client to fill an urgent need. Implement4 is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a strong regional restoration contractor with a long-standing reputation in restoration and reconstruction. This company has historically been construction-heavy and is now making a major strategic investment in growing its mitigation division. This is a key leadership role for someone who can build the department, strengthen the culture, improve systems, and lead a growing team through the next stage of operational maturity.
