The firm is recognised for the quality and diversity of its corporate practice, encompassing a controlled but varied volume of IPO work across the Main Board and GEM of the HKEx (including H Share and Red Chip listings), secondary market transactions (rights issues, placings, block trades), listing rules and Takeovers Code compliance advisory, and both public and private M&A across a broad range of industries. The team also advises high-net-worth clients and corporates on cross-border transactions and general commercial matters.
