PROJECT BASE FOR COCKTAIL RND
Looking for a Beverage R&D Consultant / Mixologist
We’re currently looking for a Mixologist or Beverage R&D Consultant to collaborate with us on a special project at Umirta.
This isn’t for a restaurant, café, or bar.
Instead, we’re developing an exclusive signature beverage program that will initially be served only at selected Umirta events, private gatherings, brand activations, and special collaborations and maybe someday in under our cafe / bar if there would be the opportunity.
Our vision is to create 3–6 signature cocktails (with an initial goal of at least 3) that become synonymous with the Umirta experience drinks that people remember, ask about, and can’t easily find anywhere else.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of beverage development and wants to build something with a strong identity from the ground up.
