Job Description
We're recruiting ML Research Engineer (m/f) to strengthen our team in Europe, with the possibility of remote work.
What we're looking for:
- PhD or MSc in a STEM field (preference for PhD in Computer Science);
- 4+ years of experience (minimum) combining Machine Learning research and engineering;
- Proven experience taking models from experimentation to production;
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, post-training techniques (SFT, RLHF), and model evaluation in production environments;
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (TypeScript is a plus);
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD;
- Experience establishing engineering standards within research-oriented teams and mentoring researchers on production best practices;
