The M&M’S Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving traffic and sales for M&M’S DTC & DTB online businesses ( in several markets in Europe. He/she defines future growth opportunities (occasions, media, partnerships, and uses a data-driven approach to maximize strategic decision-making for the performance of the channel.
