Job Description
The MnS Genmed Controlling Operation Service Manager China plays a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end service quality, building operational collaborations, and optimizing processes based on regional and local customer needs. This role oversees compliance towards service levels, fosters relationships with stakeholders, provides insights for improvement, and guides hub teams to align with customer-centric goals. In addition, the incumbent will manage the transition from the current FinOps organization to the target stage, monitor service quality, oversee quality assurance, customer relationship management, and stakeholder communication. A core objective is to monitor efficiency targets and maximize the value of the MnS Controlling Operations function through standardizing and harmonizing processes, resources, and providing transversal and geography-agnostic support.
