The successful candidate will primarily focus on air conditioning systems while also providing first-line reactive maintenance for electrical and switchgear issues.
You will undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive and reactive tasks within agreed SLAs, and participate in out-of-hours callout duties on a rota basis. Occasional planned night work may be required as per the PPM schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessment, F-Gas, LV Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH. Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within relevant SLAs. Deliver tasks to exceed customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
