We are looking for a professional who can confidently carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a mobile portfolio, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes.
The role covers West Yorkshire through to the coast (Scarborough) and includes the use of a company-provided van.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver AC and refrigeration-biased PPM, proactive and reactive works via the helpdesk within set timeframes. Inspect, repair, modify and install refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including compressors, chillers and system controls. Carry out regular preventative maintenance inspections and undertake required adjustments or repairs. Diagnose faults and repair or replace defective parts such as thermostats, switches, motors, compressors, heat exchangers and controls.
