Central London (Door-to-Door Travel Paid) – £41,000 + Overtime + Van + fuel card
Are you an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role across Central London with paid door-to-door travel, excellent overtime rates, and working on an exciting leisure portfolio?
We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover sites across Central London (North & South of the river). You must be flexible and prepared to travel throughout Central London as required.
The Role – Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer
As a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs):
Emergency lighting testing
Fire door inspections and minor remedials
Water temperature monitoring
