- Assist the dentist in dental procedures, dental lab work, home or mobile dental services, and cross-infectivity management.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and other related processes.
- Assist in other administrative matters as appropriate.
- Collate month end performance indices.
- Minimum of O Level or NITEC in Dental Assisting
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to speak and write in English to communicate with only English-speaking patients.
- Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin) is a bonus to communicate with only Mandarin-speaking patients.
