Roles & Responsibilities

SALT is hiring Mobile Development Support Engineer for a Social Media client on a 6-month & renewable contract role. This role will focus on technical troubleshooting for top Greater China App Publishers through multiple channels and assist Account Managers on customer technical inquiries.

What you’ll do:
  • Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues from App Developers
  • Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions
What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity)
  • 3+ years experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
