We are looking for an engineer with a strong background in FM or maintenance environments, who can take ownership of electrical tasks while also supporting wider building services maintenance. A professional, customer‑focused approach is essential, along with strong fault‑finding abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver electrical PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance within required timeframes. Support wider building services tasks, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related works. Provide callout support in line with the client rota. Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work. Ensure all electrical equipment operates to required performance and compliance standards. Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas in line with company expectations.
