Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems across assigned facilities.
Operate, inspect, and maintain all equipment and systems to optimize functionality and minimize downtime, including interiors, exteriors, and related production equipment.
Utilize CMMS (such as Corrigo) for real-time work order management, updating statuses, and maintaining accurate records of services performed.
