General Food Service Worker
Summary:
Provides general labor for tasks related to food service and other task6 to ensure smooth operations of the Fire Pod. Assist in the set-up, operations and tear down of any particular area which they may be assigned.
Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Assist cooks in preparation and safe handling of food in mobile kitchen.
+ Assists leads in any of the preparation and safe handling of food or beverages.
+ Assists in the cleanliness of the serving, dinning, preparation or any other area of the base camp.
+ Serves meals.
+ Washes dishes and performs other general and assigned cleaning tasks.
+ Assists with camp set up and tear down.
+ Assist with inventory and moving food supplies.
