Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £35,000
Working Hours: Full Time – Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required in emergency situations)
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep and repair of multiple sites across North London. This is a mobile role, so candidates must be based within North London and hold a full UK manual driving licence.
The role involves carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their own workload, and provide a professional service at all times.
