Role Overview
You will be part of the Norwich cluster, covering areas such as Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Aylsham, Wymondham, and Beccles. You’ll work on pre‑booked appointments from a fully equipped RAC van, ensuring consistent, planned service and repairs in members’ driveways or car parks.
Responsibilities
- Routine servicing of light vehicles.
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
- In‑depth repairs normally completed in a workshop.
- Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspection.
- Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.
- Work independently in a mobile setting, handling signalling, reporting and decisions on‑the‑spot.
- Use technical skill and problem‑solving ability to deliver quick, confident service.
