Job Title: Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer (Temp to Perm)
Location: Enfield and surrounding areas
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £25 per hour (Umbrella) – £45,000 per annum once permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer for an immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a mobile role covering Enfield and the surrounding areas, working across commercial sites. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical and plumbing experience, with the ability to work independently on a variety of systems and plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fan coil servicing – checking filters, cleaning coils, recording hot/cold on/off temperatures, and checking divertor valve operation
Heating pump replacements and general plumbing tasks, including leak repairs
