Key Responsibilities
- Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area, focusing on tasks such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals as needed.

- Close service tickets in real-time using the company-provided phone and call management system.
Key Qualifications
