We’re Hiring: Service Advisor – Cantonese
Location: Menara Livingston / Georgetown, Penang
Working Hours
- 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
- Rotational Shift (Morning and Afternoon)
Task
- Assist user to help their Mobile or Gadget issues via Email, Chat and Call
- Navigate user to understand the feature of their gadget
- Solve common gadget issue
Intake Dates
- 28 April
- 9 June
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM3,500
- Language Allowance: RM300
- Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to RM700
- Bonus: 13th Month Salary
Job Requirement
- Fluent in Cantonese
- Customer service–oriented mindset
