Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of York and the surrounding areas on a full‑time basis. At Equans Digital, we are collaborating with the UK’s commercial and public sectors to build a Smart Enabled future.
Key Activities
- Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
- Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns and participating in a reactive call‑out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on‑call availability and attendance.
- Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to recommend enhancements to clients to improve system performance and energy efficiency, completing thorough reports and building clear cost estimates and quotes for system upgrades.
