Mobile Support Officer

We’re currently a Mobile Support Officer in Crewe on behalf of our social housing client, on a 3-month temporary contract, working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday). This is amunity-based role, so a driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in Sheltered Housing, Retirement Living, Supported Housing or Independent Living who enjoy a varied, people‑focused role supporting customers to remain living safely and independently within their own homes.

Key responsibilities:

Provide a flexible Supported Living service across a defined geographical area

Carry out wellbeing visits, reviews and updates to support plans

Install, maintain and remove portable emergency alarm equipment

Respond to emergency alerts and service-related incidents across the patch
