About The Role
A Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities in a variety of commercial premises. Candidates will ideally be located in the required area and have commercial experience. The applicant is expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks, with some installation work expected, although the core part of the role is maintenance.
The role is predominantly electrical skillset biased with a strong multi-skilled background and experience in Building Services.
This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual who can work using their own initiative and has a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required. A conscientious and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential due to the client-facing nature of the role.
