**Description of Duties:**
The **Model Based Systems Engineer** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
+ Drive culture and adoption of MBSE and Digital Engineering (DE) throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE/DE and providing training and support to the teams.
+ Develop standard work and business operating procedures.
+ Create formal processes for applying MBSE and DE within the program.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines an...
