Job Title: Modern Trade Merchandiser (Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi)

Job Summary


The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted at modern trade outlets to maximize sales and brand visibility. The role involves maintaining attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company merchandising standards.


Key Responsibilities


1.⁠ ⁠Product Display & Merchandising

  • Arrange and maintain product displays according to company guidelines.

  • Ensure shelves, racks, gondolas and promotional displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

  • Implement planograms and promotional displays in stores.
