- Brand and SKU availability in DMT /IMT Stores
- Merchandising of our products by self and through v-DECs
- Implement merchandising offers provided by company
- Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Implement Launch plan for new products; Focus on Key brands
- Achieving targets of sales growth activities
- Successful implementation of launch plan
- Organize and plan the market working for self and DS
- Reduce v-DECs attrition
- Improve market activities implementation
- Furnish reports related to market workings and sales
