Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate automation to reduce IT operational workload using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Python.
- Build self‑healing solutions, proactive remediations, and automated workflows to remediate recurring incidents at scale.
- Own and manage M365 and Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, role based access control, conditional access, and identity governance.
- Build, manage, and maintain Microsoft Intune: device compliance and baselines, application packaging and software distribution, endpoint security and incident remediation.
- Act as L3 escalation for complex identity, endpoint, and automation related issues.
- Partner with Service Delivery to reduce ticket volumes through engineering fixes rather than manual responses.
