Job Description
The Module Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality module development for the courses of the RAFI Center for Leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creates module template and standards of the program
- Develops modules for approved courses or topics of the program
- Liaises with Subject Matter Experts pertaining to module development, enhancement or updating
- Assists during the process of accreditation of applicable modules, activities, projects, and programs of the academy with identified accrediting institutions
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or its equivalent
- Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher
- With at least 2 years of experience in course designing and module development
