- Follow instructions and report work progress to the supervisor.
- Design mold
- Perform daily cleaning of mold contact surfaces.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
- Check injection conditions according to the daily check sheet.
- Review and verify daily check records for injection machines.
- Set up molds, robots, and pallet changers.
- Set up parts according to production requirements.
- Record and monitor process data and operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms and operational issues.
- Adjust machine and process conditions to improve performance and resolve production problems.
- Propose process improvements to reduce production costs and increase added value (Kaizen activities).
