This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$23-25/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Build fiberglass, FRP, silicone, and composite molds per shop drawings
+ Safely operate grinders, drills, sanders, and other hand/power tools
+ Mix, apply, and finish materials to produce structurally sound molds
+ Inspect molds for precision, quality, and QA/QC compliance
+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
+ Follow production schedules and fabrication procedures
