Job Description
**Job Title: Molding Operator**
Location: Worcester, MA 01606
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / **2nd Shift / 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm**
Pay Rate: **USD 22 to 28/hr Depending on previous experience**
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics
• Ability to perform density tests to ensure product conformance
• Experience using measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
• Knowledge of molding equipment and pressing techniques
Responsibilities:
• Mold products using hydraulic, robotic, or manual presses
• Apply molding methods and techniques to shape products
• Form and mold basic product shapes
• Perform density tests on molded pieces to ensure specifications are met• Use measuring tools and equipment to ensure product accuracy
