We are bidding for work on the Malolos–Clark Railway Project in the Philippines, and we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (3 person-months). This Job closes on 10 July 2026. Responsibilities:• Assess existing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, performance indicators, and reporting processes across the client's Rail projects.• Support the design and prototyping of interactive dashboards and data visualization tools for tracking project performance.• Provide inputs to the development of the Digital M&E Roadmap, including performance indicators, reporting structures, and evaluation methodologies aligned with the national DIME system.• Design training modules and content frameworks on data collection, performance analytics, and report automation.• Lead international benchmarking and recommend adaptable best practices from global transport projects.
