Our client is a leading financial advisory and mortgage consultancy group specializing in real estate financing, property loan restructuring, and credit solutions. You will be reporting to the Advisory Team Lead and involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Engage and consult with clients to analyze their financial profiles and property financing needs.
• Evaluate and compare mortgage packages across multiple banking partners to recommend optimal loan structures.
