Our client is an international bank and they have a few job openings for the Mortgage Banker position.
Responsibilities- Proactively acquire and activate mortgage loan business. Sales emphasis is on individual residential and commercial loans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (property agents, brokers) to increase referrals.
- Handle leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and branch referrals, engaging both affluent and mass market clients.
- Implement the full mortgage loan application process, responsible for cases up to the customer's acceptance of the offer.
- Offer a wider range of products, including bancassurance and priority banking propositions.
- Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular updates for target customer groups.
