The candidate will be a Mortgage Broker specializing in home loans, analyzing and comparing options to give customers the most suitable loan for their financial circumstances. The candidate will be a support function for the real estate agents of Fam Properties by helping their clients meet their financing goals.
Responsibilities:- Meeting performance targets
- Ability to prospect and organize meetings
- Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances and future aspirations.
- Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
- Explain required insurance products so that clients can make informed choices.
- Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers.
