Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant | Location: Winchester, VA Hybrid: 4 Days in office, 1 Day remote
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to assist Loan Officers in the end-to-end mortgage application process. This role is critical in ensuring loan applications are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently while delivering a high-quality experience to members throughout the journey. This is a hybrid position requiring a balance of onsite and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with Loan Officers to support the completion of mortgage loan applications
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries and guiding them through documentation requirements
+ Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation in accordance with established guidelines
+ Support loans through the full lifecycle—from pre-application to post-application
