Job Description
Tiger Finance, the mortgage origination arm of LIONLEAD Real Estate, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Originator to help clients navigate the home loan process from start to finish. You will manage applications, negotiate with banks, support real estate agents, and ultimately help South Africans access property finance with confidence and ease.
Client Engagement & Origination
- Engage daily with clients (telephonically or in person) to assess financial readiness and perform affordability checks
- Match client profiles to the best available lending options and educate them on bond products, terms, and benefits
- Complete and submit accurate home loan applications to financial institutions via DealMaker (or similar platforms)
- Guide clients through the home loan journey from pre-approval to registration
