Mortgage Underwriter
Quick Facts:
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of current experience in a Mortgage Underwriting role
- Primarily handling Conventional loans, however experience with FHA, VA, USDA, or a DE Certification is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of industry standard, trends and emerging tech/products
- This role has an expected salary up to $110k, with additional bonus opportunities
Overview:
The Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for reviewing loan submissions to ensure that they meet Company guidelines and evaluate the loan in such a way as to maximize company profit and minimize risk exposure.
