A Southland Holdings company is currently seeking a motivated MOT Supervisor to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. The MOT Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction sites, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team of MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Laborers.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company, state, and client safety standards.
+ Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans.
+ Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
+ Lead by example in lifting, carrying, and placing traffic cones and assembling traffic control signs as needed.
