Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee establishment of work schedules and procedures
• Carry out duties in alignment with supervised workers

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate essential
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
• On-site work obligatory; no remote options
• Skills in staff training and safety protocol implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
