The Job

We are seeking a highly talented Motion Design Lead to join our dynamic Creative Studio team. As part of a collaborative team of 16, you will work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create compelling motion graphics that captivate our audience and drive engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious motion designer to significantly impact our brand's visual storytelling and marketing efforts. Your Experience Must have:

7+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques;

2+ years of experience managing team members;

Proven experience in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field;

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, and other motion design software;

Proficiency in Adobe CC;
