Procurement Agent
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage traceability until receipt in warehouse.
- Maintain good performance with suppliers, including good communication (English fluent).
- Strategic sourcing for interconnection suppliers.
- Quote and negotiate pricing for new product introductions.
- Keep MRP system updated.
- Control stock to avoid overstock.
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers aligned to company needs.
- Work with suppliers to ensure key processes run efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Build strong internal and supplier relationships.
- Develop recovery plans with suppliers.
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, equipment, consumables, chemicals, tools.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, delivery performance, productivity, and quality.
- Identify suppliers for new products.
