Play a key role in the claims assessment phase, acting as the first point of contact by attending the risk address to meet with customers and discuss the event.
What You'll Do
- Comprehensively manage an insurance claim, including submission of assessment report, completion of scope of works and costing estimation.
- Undertake assessments allocated by the Assessing Operations Manager.
- Interact with our insured parties, insurance clients and repairers to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to insurance claims.
