As a Motor Claims Specialist you will be responsible for managing and processing Heavy/Commercial Motor claims with a key focus on ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with company policies.
You will also be:
- Investigating claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information such as reports, images, and witness statements
- Liaising with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution of claims
- Assessing policy coverage, liability, and loss extent to determine claim validity
