We have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a Motor Claims Consultant at our Penrose Customer Service Centre! You will be responsible for providing exceptional face to face service to our customers who have made a motor vehicle claim and ensuring you delivering on our purpose of 'We care, we help, and we get things sorted' in every interaction.
What you'll be doing
As a Valet Customer Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of motor vehicle claims via face to face for our customers within the Auckland region. You'll help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road.
