About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Specialist to manage true end-to-end motor claims handling within a fast-paced and digitally driven insurance environment in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee the full claims lifecycle, ensuring efficient resolution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service standards.
This role requires a strong technical understanding of motor claims processes across the UAE market, combined with the ability to operate confidently within a fully digital claims ecosystem. Fluency in Arabic is essential due to the nature of stakeholder engagement and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Claims Management
- Handle motor claims from first notification of loss through to final settlement and closure.
- Ensure accurate assessment, investigation, documentation, and timely resolution of claims.
